Finally a Great Program!

I am so excited!  I am the mother a 3 girls .  One with food allergies (who eats like a bird!), one who is extremely picky, and one who eats pretty much everything , but could stand to lose a few pounds.  I have spent the last 20 years trying to figure out how to feed them healthy ,nutritious food…that they all like! Ten of those years was as a single mom.  It has been a juggling act to say the least!  Then, last year I got remarried.  Well, now let’s add one more person to that mix!  He only likes meat and potatoes and the only vegetables he likes is corn and a green salad with all the fixings.

I cannot tell you how many times I have sat down on the floor surrounded by cookbooks and my girls.  We spent numerous hours looking through cookbooks trying to find recipes that sounded good to all of us.  We usually ended up so discouraged that we called in a pizza for the night!

Let me tell you that it is very difficult to find a dinner that has no gluten, no ketchup, no mustard, only beef (or occasionally chicken certain ways), no gravy, no cooked vegetables, nothing “weird” like quinoa, is not processed junk, and still healthy and nutrition…should I keep going?  I know you probably understand.  I know I am not the only one.

And I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Wellness Coach and have been studying and involved in the health and wellness field for over 20 years.  This should be easy!

And I have yet to mention the exercise end of things.  Once again, I have one daughter who is a dancer, another who is a special need kiddo (therefore much more difficult when it comes to exercise and fitness), and another who has no problems with exercise as long as it is disguised another way, such as hiking, riding a bike, swimming or running around.  I have been more concerned with my special needs daughter, as it is more difficult for her.  We have tried everything under the sun.  They work for a while, but she quickly loses interest and I have to continually rack my brain for new ideas.  Once again, I do this for a living!  But even then, it can be draining to continually have to be thinking “on your toes”.

I had finally compiled enough information together to come up with a fairly good program for families!  I was just starting to offer the package to my clients.  However, the downfall was it would take me several hours for a family of 4.  It ended up to be several pages of information for and on, each family member with recipes and sample menu plans for several days , etc.  But once again, very time-consuming for me and revisions would take a considerable amount of time for myself, or my client once they started getting the hang of the whole program.

And then a found this fabulous program!!  I cannot tell you how awesome it is!  I have looked at several in the past, and they just weren’t what I was looking for!  They were all seriously lacking in one way or another.  Or they were outlandishly expensive! I really think someone was reading my mind or being that proverbial fly on the wall as they watched me slave over all those books and my computer trying to devise a good plan that would assist families in being truly successful in a good fitness and nutrition program that would benefit all.

You must check it out!  And best of all, it is truly affordable and fun for the whole family!  Especially if you get involved in a friendly competition! 🙂  And if you’re not happy….you’ll get your money back!  But I know you’ll love it!
