Ideas and suggestions:

  • Each family member can have his or her own set of nutritional preferences and mom can have everyone’s “exclusions” on her list for successfully making dinners that the whole family loves!
  • Get the whole family involved with cooking by having individual family members choose his or her favorite recipe a certain night of the week
  • Get the whole family involved in choosing favorite family fitness activities.  Example; Sam loves to jog, so Wed at 6:00 pm the family is scheduled to go jogging together.  Jess loves to ride bikes, so the following Wed at 6:00 the family is scheduled to go bike riding.
  • Make sure the individual classes are logged in the schedule.  Example: Sam’s Karate on Tuesdays, Jess’s dance class on Mondays, mom’s yoga on Tuesdays & Thursdays, and Dad’s golfing on Saturday
  • Family members can share favorite exercises
